Our Responsibilities

In addition to our legal responsibilities, we have responsibilities that we take care to fulfill toward our customers, employees, suppliers and business partners, competitors, society, humanity, and on behalf of “Birlik Galvaniz.”

1. Our Legal Responsibilities

We carry out all our activities within the framework of the laws of the Republic of Turkey and international law, providing accurate, complete, and understandable information to legal regulatory bodies. We approach every public institution and organization, administrative body, non-governmental organization, and political party at an equal distance without expecting any benefit, acting with this sense of responsibility.

2. Our Responsibilities to Our Customers

We adopt a customer satisfaction-oriented approach, responding to needs and demands as quickly and accurately as possible. We deliver our services on time and under the promised conditions, treating our customers with respect, sincerity, honor, fairness, equality, and courtesy.

3. Our Responsibilities to Our Employees

Birlik Galvaniz and its employees act with a sense of responsibility, free from any exploiter-exploited conflict. We ensure that employees correctly exercise their personal rights, and we treat them honestly and fairly. We are committed to providing a nondiscriminatory, safe, and healthy working environment.

5. Our Responsibilities to Suppliers / Business Partners

We treat our suppliers and business partners fairly and respectfully, fulfilling our obligations on time. We expect the same care from them. We carefully protect their confidential information and build business relationships based on trust.

6. Our Responsibilities to Our Competitors

We compete within legal and ethical boundaries, avoiding unfair competition. We support efforts aimed at maintaining the desired competitive environment in society.

7. Our Responsibilities to Society and Humanity

We attach importance to democracy, human rights, and protecting the environment, supporting the improvement of educational and cultural standards in society. Acting with good citizenship awareness, we take a leading and sensitive approach to social issues, serving in non-governmental organizations and in services for the public good. We remain sensitive to the traditions and cultures of Turkey and other countries where we conduct international projects, and do not give or accept bribes or any gifts, products, or services exceeding their intended purpose.

8. Our Responsibilities on Behalf of “Birlik Galvaniz”

Our business partners, customers, and other stakeholders trust us because of our professional competence and honesty. We take care to preserve this reputation. We provide our services within the framework of company policies, professional standards, commitments, and ethical rules, and we show the necessary diligence to fulfill our obligations.
