Birlik Galvaniz considers the creation and maintenance of a fair working environment for employees as one of its top priorities. It aims to enhance employee success, development, and commitment by establishing a fair, respectful, healthy, and safe working environment in compliance with all relevant laws and regulations. The following implementation principles define the basic guidelines for creating and maintaining a fair working environment within the Company.

Company practices related to employment and working life comply with all applicable laws and regulations in force. Company employees also fulfill all legal requirements within the scope of their activities and act in accordance with legal regulations.

Birlik Galvaniz’s human resources policies and practices ensure fairness in all applications such as recruitment, promotion-transfer-rotation, compensation, rewards, social rights, etc.

Discrimination among employees based on language, race, color, gender, political opinion, belief, religion, sect, age, physical disability, or similar reasons is not acceptable. Spaces are provided for employees to perform necessary religious practices, enabling them to fulfill their worship needs.

A collaborative, positive, and harmonious working environment is fostered within the company, preventing conflict and enabling people with different beliefs, thoughts, and views to work together harmoniously.

Employees' private lives and personal spaces are respected.
Communications between individuals cannot be violated by uninvolved third parties.
Even if recorded legally, the unlawful disclosure/distribution/acquisition of personal data is prohibited.
Personnel records that may be necessary due to the nature of the employment relationship are not used for purposes outside of this scope and are not shared with third parties without consent.

Any violation of immunity through physical, sexual, or emotional harassment in the workplace or in any location due to work-related reasons is against the law and ethical rules, and the Company maintains zero tolerance towards such acts. The purpose of this policy is to ensure that employees work in an environment where their physical, sexual, and emotional immunity is protected. Furthermore, those who exhibit negative behavior toward individuals who report or assist in the investigation of such harassment are also subject to zero tolerance.

No employee may request privileged treatment or provide it to others based on gender, religion, language, or race. Gaining or offering concessions by exploiting such differences is not acceptable.
